Cluster Excellence Programme (Call ID COS-CLUSTER-2014-3-04-02-1) European Call for “Preparation and deliver of training program for cluster management excellence”

 

Portuguese Engineering & Tooling Cluster, act on behalf of the European Materialix Consortium (GA n.º 696673), launches a Call for expressions of interest to identify a list of subcontractors candidates who shall be invited to submit a tender for cluster management excellence training services.

Expressions of interest should be submitted in English through the Annex I by electronic means at the following address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The deadline for submission the Expressions of Interest is 11th July, 17 hrs Central European Time.

After that, and under a Direct award Procedure according the Portuguese Public Contracts Code – here in after referred to as P.C.C., the contracting organisation will invite directly the subcontractors and send to them the Invitation to Tender and terms of reference relating to the contract in question.
